We do not offer refunds on any of the following purchases:
- Pre-purchased ad credits
- Published online job ads
Requests to cancel a job posting must be received in writing. On receipt of request, job postings will be taken offline within one business day. There is no refund for any remaining balance of the posting.
Once expired, ad credits cannot be extended or re-applied. No refunds will be issued for any ad credits that remain unused by their expiration date.
